What side of the bed do you wake up on?
As they days seem shorter, feel colder and nature shows us hibernation mode it can often be difficult to get out of that warm, comfy bed. As much as I would like to hit the snooze button-ten more times, I have obligations to fill and places to go. It always seems a little more challenging during the winter months to get moving. You know that old saying that indicates one got our of the wrong side of the bed? It can happen to any one of us-any morning, right? I have learned that if I want to have a great day-I need to focus on having a great start to my day. In other words I am in charge of my own attitude-no one else can take that responsibility. I own it. So I have introduced some techniques into my daily “waking” process that seem to work well In ensuring I start my day off-getting our of the right side of the bed!
